Keplers Odd are a unique drone project comprised of bass, guitar and noise. The band's debut album GRO J1655-40 is a raw sound affair performed and recorded live in the truest sense of the idea. Keplers Odd create textural soundscapes of harsh atmospheric noise which show an uncanny Merzbow-ian sense of tension and release. It's this innate ability to harness noise's primal ebb and flow that allows GRO J1655-40 to be as disturbing as humanly possible.
